Presentation Formats
⭐Accepted papers may be presented as an Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation, subject to the final conference program.
Oral Presentation
⭐Detailed presentation duration, question-and-answer time, accepted presentation file formats, screen ratio, file submission procedure, and check-in requirements will be announced with the final conference program.
Poster Presentation
⭐Poster dimensions, orientation, mounting time, presentation period, and removal requirements will be announced before the conference.
On-site Equipment
⭐Information on the presentation computer, projector, display format, adapters, and other available equipment will be provided before the conference.
Presenter Check-in
⭐Presenters will be required to arrive before their assigned session and follow the instructions of the session chair and conference staff. Detailed check-in requirements will be announced in the final presentation guidelines.
