Purpose
⭐These guidelines describe the responsible use of generative AI and other AI-assisted tools in manuscripts submitted to FSPAI 2027. Authors remain fully responsible for the scholarly content, accuracy, originality, citations, data, and conclusions of their submissions.
Permitted Use
⭐AI-assisted tools may be used for language editing, formatting support, coding assistance, or other limited supportive tasks, provided that such use does not replace the authors' intellectual contribution or compromise the originality and reliability of the research.
Disclosure
⭐Authors should disclose substantive use of generative AI or AI-assisted tools where such use materially contributes to text generation, data processing, image generation, analysis, or other research outputs, in accordance with the final conference policy.
Author Responsibility
⭐AI systems cannot be listed as authors. Human authors are fully responsible for verifying all AI-assisted content, correcting errors, ensuring appropriate citations, protecting confidential information, and complying with research ethics.
Prohibited Practices
⭐Authors must not use AI tools to fabricate or falsify data, references, experimental results, images, or other research evidence, or to conceal plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct.
Reviewer Confidentiality
⭐Reviewers and committee members should not upload confidential manuscripts or review materials to public AI systems that do not provide appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
