Paper Format

Please refer to the following paper template to ensure that your paper meets the conference's formatting requirements.

Submission Requirements

⭐ Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. All submissions must comply with accepted standards of research integrity.

⭐ Papers should be relevant to the conference scope, present a clear research problem and sound methodology, and include sufficient theoretical, experimental, or engineering validation.

⭐ Manuscripts should be written in clear and professional English and prepared using the official conference template.

⭐ Papers should be at least 6 pages in length, including figures, tables, references, and appendices. There is no standard maximum page limit; however, manuscripts exceeding 15 pages may be subject to additional review for length, relevance, and content quality.

Pre-submission Check

Originality Check: The manuscript must not have been published previously or be under review by another publication venue.

Scope Check: The manuscript must be relevant to the conference scope and stated topics.

Language and Formatting Check: Authors should verify English spelling and grammar, figure and table quality, reference formatting, and compliance with the official template.

Authorship and Disclosure Check: Authorship must accurately reflect scholarly contributions. Authors should disclose funding sources and any potential conflicts of interest as required.
